Conversion Kits

Amazing and easy to use conversion kits are the key for transferring those old mechanical boards into a fully hydraulic push button operated dock leveler. Voltages available are 110v-120v, 220v-240v, or 575v-600v. Complete Conversion Kit comes fully equipped with (1) Main Lift Cylinder, (1) Lip Cylinder, (4) Brackets, (2 sets) 72’’ Hydraulic Hoses, (1) Starter/Push Button, (1) Bottom Mounting Bracket. Replacement Lips

Eton Equipment Company Ltd. offers a wide selection of Replacement Lip and Spool (Steel Tubing) sizes. Not only are we able to match virtually any Leveller Lip and Spool requirement, we will also weld the spools onto the lip in their desired locations, adding an extra convenience for customers. Eton Equipment Company Ltd. is also able to provide 4’’ and 6’’ Roll-Off Safety Lip’s as an addition to our guarantee of complete loading dock security.

Power Packs:

Our Dock Leveler line of Power Units come equipped with American manufactured Leeson 1 Horsepower Motors. We currently stock 115/208/230 Volt single Phase 60 Hz Motors with 50 Hz available as well as 208/230/460 Three Phase 50/50 Hz, and 575 Volt Three Phase 50/60 Hz Motors. Each and every Power Unit is tested with the use of pressure gauges and cylinders. Each unit is cycled no less than 20 times. Power units are tested without reservoirs to ensure that both main pressure relief value and sequence value perform properly.

Ratchet Hold-Down Units:

Eton Equipment Company Ltd. provides an "Easy Float" ratchet hold-down unit that requires a maximum of 8 lbs. of release force. The specific function of the Eton Equipment Company Ltd. hold-down device is to maintain constant lip contact with the vehicle bed by allowing the leveler to float with the suspension of the transport trailer.

SDL Dock Lights:

The SDL dock light has a single strut arm made from 1 1/2" - 14 gauge - square steel tubing, this allows for horizontal and vertical adjustments. The SDL incandescent light style can be ordered with a metal or a polycarbonate lamp head. The SDL high pressure sodium lamp head can be ordered with or without a clear poly lens with diffuser for the food service and pharmaceutical industry. UL Listed.

DSDL Heavy Duty Dock Lights:

The model number DL - (Double Strut Heavy Duty Dock Light Arm) features a "double strut" design. Made for strength and durability, this dock light arm can also be used with a dock fan. This double strut design can be ordered in 24", 40", 60", 90" and 114" lengths. This model fits perfect for a multitude of purposes and is therefore our most recommended model.

Stop & Go Dock Lights:

The SG30 LED Style Stop & Go Dock Lights consist of an SG20 (control unit) and an SG10 (drone unit) linked via a communication cable with internal flashing circuitry. Flipping the switch on the control unit will cause either the red or green lamp to flash on the control unit and the opposite to flash on the drone unit. The user is responsible for providing a power supply to the control unit and attaching the communication cable to the drone unit. Choose between 12v, 24v, and 115v.
